Purpose
In order to establish an inspecting and guiding joint-mechanism receiving and providing enterprises with post-inspecting consultations and guidance to relieve discontent among the general public, to urge enterprises to follow related laws and regulations, to proactively driving safety & health related improvement works, and to effectively make self-management workable so that the labor laws and regulations can be carried through, the rights & interests of the laborer can be safeguarded, professional sufferings can be prevented, and the safety & health of the laborer can be protected.
Content
- Duration: Conforming to CRLIO's annual inspections and special inspecting projects.
- Target: Enterprises (within the area under CRLIO's control) applying or being registered for the necessity of consultations regarding inspections and special inspecting projects.
- Ways of Proceeding:
(1) Ways of Applying: Enterprises can directly write letters when needing consultations or guidance, or when being found with serious violations, enterprises will be registered to the “Post-Inspection Consulting & Guiding Records” and given consultations or guidance accordingly.
(2) Application Receiving: Firstly CRLIO takes applications from enterprises, or the enterprises being registered for consulting & guiding services, and secondly the Chief Executive appoints consulting & guiding personnel to help with solving problems according to the entries and items applied.
(3) Ways of Giving Consultations & Guidance: After being sent out to enterprises to give consultations and guidance according to entries and items applied, consulting & guiding personnel should complete the “Post-Inspection Consulting & Guiding Records”, submit them to the Chief Executive for verification, register the recipients/enterprises to the “Post-Inspection Consulting & Guiding Records” held by various divisions, and then keep the records filed.
